Minor Issues Detracted From the Experience
sewage smellsmoking policy
This worsened daily and pervaded the entire room, unacceptable for this category of hotel. the hotel permits smoking in the patio. It caused the odor of smoke to circulate throughout much of the building. This proved unpleasant.
The staff was helpful and friendly. the welcome drink tasted delicious, i even asked where to buy it. it was spacious (more than i expected). the food map was amazing. I found tasty restaurants using it.
the room lacked natural light because of its location. this was a slight inconvenience, though the hotel itself was beautiful.

the hotel is situated about a 20-minute enjoyable stroll from the main pedestrian and tourist center. the immediate area presents a calm and pleasant environment. (this made my mornings great!)

I found the staff very helpful with directions and recommendations. the hotel's courtyard provided a quiet escape from the city noise. breakfast offered a good selection of fresh pastries and fruit. It was a nice way to start the day.
the gym, while adequate, had limited equipment.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area with many dining options. shops are nearby within walking distance. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. this made exploring the surroundings easy.
